My account was flagged as a duplicate and I cannot log in.

Why am I being flagged for a duplicate account?

Right now, our system may flag accounts with similar details but different phone numbers as a duplicate account. This can prevent you from creating or accessing a new account.

What can I do?

At the moment, we are unable to delete or merge duplicate accounts. Our team is actively working on a fix, and we hope to have this resolved soon.

If you still have access to the original phone number on your Kale account, we recommend:

  1. Logging into the Kale app with your original phone number.

  2. Going to your Profile Settings.

  3. Updating your contact details with your new phone number and email address.

This will ensure your account stays up to date and prevent login issues moving forward.

What if I don’t have access to my old phone number?

If you no longer have access to the phone number tied to your Kale account, please hang tight. We know this is frustrating, and our team is working on a solution so you’ll be able to update your account details in the near future.
