If you are unable to login with the phone number associated with your account, you can select "I no longer have access to my phone number" on the sign in page. This will send you a verification code to the email on your account, and allow you to update your account with your new phone number.
Please note: If you already have an existing account with your new phone number, you will not be able to update your account to this number. At this time, We are unable to delete or merge duplicate accounts.
Why am I being flagged for a duplicate account?
Right now, our system may flag accounts with similar details but different phone numbers as a duplicate account. This can prevent you from creating or accessing a new account.
What can I do?
At the moment, we are unable to delete or merge duplicate accounts. Our team is actively working on a fix, and we hope to have this resolved soon.
If you still have access to the original phone number on your Kale account, we recommend:
Logging into the Kale app with your original phone number.
Going to your Profile Settings.
Updating your contact details with your new phone number and email address.
This will ensure your account stays up to date and prevent login issues moving forward.
