Rewards are issued after video submissions are reviewed. The normal review takes around 3 business days, but it may be longer depending on the number of submissions. Our creator community has grown exponentially, so we appreciate your patience on this!
Once you have withdrawn your rewards from your Kale app, please ensure that your bank details are up to date in your Stripe account. Keep in mind it may take up to 10 business days for this to appear into your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
